I’m 57 yrs old and have most of the systems above mentioned. To avoid the so called overdose, at what milligrams can I take per day and how long can I take licorice? Thanks

Normally I would give out 6-10g licorice root if the condition requires a formula with licorice. Anyway, please make sure your condition or consult an licensed Chinese medicine practitioner if necessary before you take it.
