But please note that warm bath makes sense but the temperature should not be too high. Sauna should be avoided, I am afraid. I think Chinese medicine can treat unexplained male infertility. West medication and Chinese medicine are two totally different knowledge system. For this kind of unexplained male infertility, Chinese medicine has its own edge over west medication.
